• We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information

All football jerseys are imported from Thailand upon order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and customs clearance.

Jackets

Our jackets are imported from Thailand. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

• Jacket designs may vary slightly depending on supplier availability.
• While we make every effort to deliver the exact design shown on our website, True Jersey Store reserves the right to substitute it with a similar design of equal or higher value if necessary.

Bags

All bags are imported from Thailand based on customer orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• If a specific design is unavailable, True Jersey Store may replace it with a similar or higher-value product.

Training Kits

Training kits are imported from Thailand.

• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• In rare cases where the exact design is unavailable, we may provide a similar or higher-value replacement.

Football Boots / Studs

Our football boots and studs are imported from Singapore.

• Estimated delivery time: 18–35 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery may be affected by supplier availability and customs clearance.

If the ordered design is unavailable, True Jersey Store may provide a similar or higher-value replacement.

Customs & Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we monitor shipments whenever possible, we cannot control delays caused by:

• Customs inspections or clearance
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Courier-related delays

We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately. This can happen because items are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses. You will receive all ordered items as they become available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order enters processing.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
