Returns
At True Jersey Store, all jerseys are custom-made and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure you choose the correct size.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing truejersey459@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and take the appropriate action as quickly as possible.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued for approved cases, such as damaged, defective, incorrect items, or lost packages during delivery.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. If eligible, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Lost Packages
Although rare, packages may occasionally be lost during transit.
If your package is confirmed as lost during delivery, True Jersey Store will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and provide the best possible solution.
